These terms apply to 24 Dynamics LLC services, including NightAgent and NightManager voice, chat, email, SMS, and owner-notification workflows.
Service Use
Our systems help businesses answer questions, capture leads, route follow-up, and notify owners or staff. Service availability depends on carrier networks, hosting providers, third-party APIs, customer configuration, and operational limits.
SMS Program
Program name: 24 Dynamics / NightAgent SMS. Messages may include customer-care replies, business information, missed-call follow-up, appointment or lead follow-up, owner task notifications, and support responses.
Message frequency varies by conversation and customer request. For typical customer-care use, messages are sent only when a user texts a configured business number, asks for information, requests follow-up, or when a business owner uses the system to manage follow-up.
Message and data rates may apply. Message delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt Out And Help

Consent
By texting a configured 24 Dynamics, NightAgent, NightManager, or customer business number, or by providing your phone number through an approved customer-care flow, you agree to receive SMS messages related to that conversation or request.
