SMS Consent

24 Dynamics LLC operates NightAgent and NightManager systems that let configured local-business numbers respond to customer-care texts, missed-call follow-up, business questions, owner task workflows, and support requests.

How To Opt In

You opt in when you provide your mobile number through a customer-care, rental, tenant-portal, support, or owner-task workflow that displays SMS consent language next to the phone field. In-person or phone consent may also be recorded by the business after the same disclosure is provided. Consent records are stored by 24 Dynamics LLC or by the business you contacted.

24 Dynamics does not use standalone SMS keywords for initial opt-in. HELP and STOP are support and opt-out commands used after consent is recorded or after a customer starts a support conversation.

Consent Disclosure

By checking the SMS consent box, submitting a customer-care form, or giving written or verbal consent to the business you contacted, you agree to receive customer-care and informational SMS messages from 24 Dynamics LLC, NightAgent, NightManager, or that business. Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.

  • Thanks for contacting [Business Name]. What can we help you with today? Reply STOP to opt out.
  • [Business Name]: We received your request and will follow up shortly. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
  • NightAgent task received. We will call the customer and capture the result. Reply STOP to opt out.
