Program name
24 Dynamics Storage Customer Support — SMS messaging operated by 24 Dynamics LLC on behalf of self-storage facility operators ("Facility Clients").
Program description
This SMS program enables Facility Clients to send and receive transactional and customer-service text messages with their tenants and prospective tenants ("Tenants"). Messages may include account notifications, payment reminders and confirmations, gate-access codes and instructions, move-in and move-out coordination, appointment confirmations, customer-service replies, and other operational communications related to a Tenant's storage unit and account. The originating Facility Client is identified by name in each message.
How to opt in
Tenants opt in to receive SMS messages from a Facility Client by one or more of the following methods, all of which require the Tenant's affirmative, written or recorded consent:
- Signing a written rental agreement at the facility office that includes an SMS consent clause and the Tenant's mobile number.
- Completing the Facility Client's online rental application or tenant portal registration, where the Tenant enters their mobile number and checks an opt-in box.
- Verbally requesting SMS contact during phone or in-person interactions with facility staff, recorded in the Facility Client's tenant management system.
Consent is not required as a condition of renting a unit or receiving services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on Tenant account activity and facility operations. Most Tenants receive between 1 and 10 messages per month.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for sending or receiving SMS messages. Check with your carrier for details. 24 Dynamics LLC and Facility Clients do not charge for SMS messages.
How to opt out — STOP
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive any further SMS messages from that Facility Client unless you opt in again.
To stop messages from a different Facility Client, reply STOP to a message from that specific number.

Supported carriers
This program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, Alltel, and others. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to participate in this SMS program. You must be the account holder or have authorization from the account holder of the mobile phone number you provide.
Privacy
Information collected through this SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS message content are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to these terms
24 Dynamics LLC may modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the program or posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
