Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

24 Dynamics LLC ("24 Dynamics," "we," "us," or "our") is a Tennessee limited liability company operating an omnichannel customer support platform for self-storage facility operators. Our business address is 231 Public Square, STE 300, Franklin, TN 37064. You can contact us at [email protected].

This Privacy Policy explains how 24 Dynamics collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when (a) self-storage facility operators ("Facility Clients") use our platform, and (b) tenants and prospective tenants of those facilities ("Tenants") interact with messages sent through our platform on behalf of a Facility Client.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

From Facility Clients: business contact information (name, email, phone, address), billing information, account credentials, configuration data, and the content of messages they send or receive through the platform.

From Tenants: mobile telephone number, name, unit identifier, account/payment status as supplied by the Facility Client, the content of SMS messages exchanged with the Facility Client, and message delivery metadata (timestamps, delivery status, opt-in/opt-out status).

Automatically: standard web log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) when you visit our website, collected via standard web analytics.

3. How we use information

We use information to: deliver, operate, and support the platform; transmit SMS, email, voice, and other messages between Facility Clients and their Tenants; process billing; comply with legal and regulatory obligations including carrier and CTIA messaging requirements; prevent fraud and abuse; and improve the platform.

4. SMS / text messaging

Mobile phone numbers and SMS message content collected for the purpose of customer support communications are used solely to deliver and respond to messages between a Facility Client and its Tenants.

We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS message content to any third party for marketing, promotional, or any other purpose, and we do not use them for any purpose other than the customer support communications described in this Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Tenant consent to receive SMS is collected and maintained by each Facility Client through their rental agreement, online tenant portal, or verbal request to facility staff. Tenants may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message and may request help by replying HELP. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for full details.

5. How we share information

We share information only as follows:

  • With the Facility Client whose Tenants you are. Tenants' messages and account information are visible to the Facility Client and its authorized staff.
  • With service providers that operate the platform on our behalf, including Twilio Inc. (SMS/voice/messaging delivery), cloud hosting providers, and payment processors. These providers are contractually bound to use the information only to provide services to us.
  • For legal reasons when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of 24 Dynamics, our customers, or others.
  • In a business transfer in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We do not sell personal information.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as the related Facility Client account is active, plus the period required to comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations. SMS opt-in and opt-out records are retained for at least four (4) years to demonstrate compliance with carrier and federal requirements.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, or to restrict or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will verify your identity before responding.

California residents: see our CCPA disclosures (above sections describe the categories of information collected, the purposes, and the categories of recipients). We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Tenants: to opt out of SMS messages from your storage facility, reply STOP to any message. To request your records or deletion, contact your storage facility directly, or contact us at [email protected] and we will route your request.

9. Children

The platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email to the account owner.
